At the outset we are proud today with journey passed in our association with TOYOTA Family. Over the years Lanson Network has grown to serve you at 15 touch points in North Tamilnadu & Pondicherry. By your valuable patronage and with continuous guidance and support from our principal TOYOTA we have been truly successful to embark on this journey of wonderful relationship. Our Q-Service stands testimony to our service centers being different from the rest. It is our pleasure to highlight here the Hallmark features of our comprehensive range of services you must know and experience with delight. We take pride in providing our Express Service of delivering your car in One Hour. We’ve fixed 60 minutes as the time a customer has to ‘wait and take’ his vehicle after driving it in for service. When a customer books a slot, we’ll have the service per-planned. Technicians, vehicle wash personnel and a service advisor will be in attendance. This time frame is, however, not applicable if a vehicle requires additional attention. We don’t charge the customer if we take more than 60 minutes for a straightforward service. Even with the aging of Toyota vehicles of more than 5 years and multiple ownership change we have an appreciably good retention of over 80%.
