Continuous Improvement Program
Employees are encouraged to participate in the Continuous Improvement Program KAIZEN inviting their valuable inputs, ideas and suggestions for the improvement in any area of the organization. These ideas and suggestions are sourced through the KAIZEN Suggestion Boxes provided throughout the facility. The panel for KAIZEN Implementation regularly reviews, rates, recognizes and rewards the best Improvement Idea.

Creating Comfort for Employees
Lanson understands the needs of its employees on a very personal level. The HR team constantly motivates the team with guest lectures, self-improvement workshops, cultural events sports and family meets.

Common Birthdays and Anniversary Celebrations
The company organizes a common birthday celebration every month to celebrate birthdays that fall in that month. Anniversaries are also acknowledged and greetings exchanged. As a happiness building measure, Lanson takes the effort of meeting the family members of employees to offer them support, assurance and confidence.

Sports & Cultural Activities
Lanson promotes sports and cultural activities for the overall personality development of the employees. Internal sports competitions are held for cricket, shuttle, carom, table tennis, snooker etc.
The Founder's Day celebration is designed to promote harmony and happiness for all. The entertainment programs give opportunity for expression of individual talents in poetry, dancing and singing.
Employees are also given a an Annual Holiday Tour to domestic and international destinations.

Improving Health & Hygiene
Lanson conducts periodical health camps, training on first aid, fire-safety, personal hygiene, personality development besides technical training, product training and training on policies and procedures. The workplace environment is provided with all the amenities that promote a healthy and hygienic lifestyle for the employees.
