In 1978, S. Murugesu, the visionary founder of the Lanson Group took an entrepreneurial flight to England to sell the South Indian Meal Accompaniment Pappadum to the British. From a humble beginning of 10men and 100 kg a day, Lanson Ventures today, under the inspiring leadership of M. Lankalingam, Lanson Ventures has grown into a million Pappadums a day venture, continuously improving and innovating to scale newer horizons in quality standards and product development with the objective of offering convenience to customers.

As the Brand behind the Brand, we cater to world renowned brands such as Sharwoods, Marks and Spencer, Phileas Fogg, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Morrisons etc;

Lanson Toyota:
In Year 2000, Lanson Group took the broad step to diversify the business by entering into Dealer Partnership with world-renowned Toyota under the brand name Lanson Toyota. Today we are rated among the Top Dealerships in India with 6 Dealership Outlets in Chennai, Northern Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. Lanson Toyota has been continuously been among awards for excellence and has been the pilot Dealership in India for many of Toyota’s Indian initiatives on best practices and Kaizen- the Continuous Improvement Program.

As part of Lanson Group’s commitment to nature and humanity, Lanson Biotech Pvt. Ltd. was started in 2001 for Research and Development of Drugs, Diet supplements & Food ingredients based on Indian medicinal plants and herbs. Lanson Biotech has pioneered a unique, low cost, eco-friendly, solvent-free extraction technology. The company has developed and Patented a herbal formulation ‘Trigamoaza’ for the management of Diabetes Mellitus. Currently research includes immune boosters for HIV, Obesity and Cholesterol Reduction.
Using the unique technology for active principle isolation, Lanson Biotech has also developed an Azadiractin based bio-pesticide for use as Mosquito repellent, suitable for both domestic and industrial application besides its agronomic application as bio pesticide.
